depression, anxiety, etc.
- Develop and produce Mental Health Services policy and protocol.

Levitt and Barry Rusnock (Bio), a unique husband and wife team, combines the passion for their work
and love for the outdoors to bring to you programs that will exercise both body and mind. The
experience of adventure can increase your capacity for self-confidence, empowerment, accomplishment
and personal growth.
 We
believe that adventure should be a safe, fun, challenge when you are on the brink of both success and failure and find them both
positive experiences to move past that which you thought you could not do.
Our programs are offered to both beginners and experienced participants. We offer private, semi-private, small & large groups
for any age and physical ability.
